ROM notices add release-specific login/help credits, notification and reserved-name conditions. Read the exact bundled versions. No unrestricted-use or public-domain grant is asserted. Historical contact addresses may no longer work. Retain Wurm contributor credits and the included ROM, Merc and DikuMUD notices. Project companion notes identify contributors but do not establish a complete independent redistribution grant for every component or area. Licensing approval remains unresolved. Compatibility and safety warnings Historical software not compiled, executed, malware-scanned or security-audited by Mudhaven. Modern compiler, operating-system and save/world compatibility is unverified. Matching hashes establish byte identity, not safety or distribution permission. Includes historical player/configuration/runtime data. Review archived accounts, scripts, board/log data and privileges before use; do not adopt these records as live defaults. Version labels come from archive names and may not match every internal file. Companion notes describe changes to spells, skills and areas and require the bad.names dictionary. Includes Unix ELF executable/object build artifacts. The notes call this a final release, but later-labeled archives also exist.
