General support
Use the contact address below for account, world listing, resource, hosting-request, or service questions. Include your Mudhaven username, project name, the page or action involved, and the exact error text when available.
Hosting support
For MUD hosting, include the shell username, assigned endpoint, command attempted, and relevant non-sensitive log excerpt. For BYOND hosting, include the project name, tab used, build/runtime state, and the time the problem occurred.
Security and abuse
Clearly label urgent security or abuse reports. Include affected URLs, usernames, timestamps, and a concise description. Do not test a suspected vulnerability against accounts, projects, or infrastructure you do not own.
Copyright notices
Copyright complaints should follow the DMCA and Copyright Policy so staff can identify the work, locate the disputed material, and contact the sender.
Response expectations
Mudhaven is community-operated and does not guarantee a response time. Complete, focused reports are easier to investigate. Account notices and hosting timelines remain the best place to watch the status of an existing submission or service.
