Historical TinTin++ 1.64 modification level 6 with Readline integration and development documentation.

Includes GNU Readline source and its GPL version 1 COPYING document. That component license does not establish a uniform license for the complete TinTin++ bundle. Preserves build scripts, historical configuration/cache logs and PostScript documentation. The matching README.v1.64m6 is a separate unchanged companion. The README first line says mods level 5, but its dated changelog identifies m6; the original wording is retained.
