Historical TinTin++ 1.64 modification level 2 with Readline integration and development documentation.

Includes GNU Readline source and its GPL version 1 COPYING document. That component license does not establish a uniform license for the complete TinTin++ bundle. Preserves build scripts, historical configuration/cache logs and PostScript documentation.
