Historical TinTin++ 1.64 modification level 1 with Readline integration and development documentation.

Includes GNU Readline source and its GPL version 1 COPYING document. That component license does not establish a uniform license for the complete TinTin++ bundle. Also includes compiled ELF objects, a static Readline library and the tt++ executable; never run these unreviewed binaries.

Mudhaven has not compiled or run this package; modern compatibility is unverified.
