Compatibility and security warnings

README specifies MySQL 5/possibly 4 and source-level connection settings. SQL dump/configuration and runtime data need private review; not modern SQL compatibility assurance.

Historical material: not compiled, boot-tested, malware-cleared or security-audited. Licensing review is separate from upload acceptance.

Runtime-data names and/or default-access material present. Treat as potentially sensitive; review privately before any public release. No records were removed or sanitized.

Original bytes and notices are unchanged. Upload acceptance is not redistribution permission.

The gzip payload is complete, but the TAR has no standard end blocks. Preserve the original and use caution with archive tools.
