These are not unrestricted-use licenses. Historical contact details may no longer work; distribution permission remains for staff review. SunderMUD is based on ROM 2.3, not ROM 2.4. Preserve SunderMUD login credits, naming restrictions and all inherited terms. The standalone 1.0 notice requires an email; the consolidated 2.x notice strikes that old-address requirement and requests notification instead. Compatibility and safety warnings Historical software, not compiled, boot-tested or security-audited by Mudhaven. Modern compiler, operating-system and save/world compatibility is unverified. Review all scripts and runtime defaults before deployment; no malware-free assurance. The original setup scripts are documented as unreliable across systems. Review crypt/zlib dependencies, manual configuration and historical runtime files before deployment.

Historical ROM-derived C code and world formats; release-specific compiler, operating-system and data compatibility must be checked.
