Compatibility and security warnings

Unfinished virtual NPC compiler, NPC wrappers and sample shop script, not a complete mudlib. lsc2 interpreter and environment dependencies missing from this set; later math.c and sample.c are related candidates, not staged here. Parses privileged paths, compiles message-driven input and issues commands; display-name checks are not robust authorization. Unbounded long-description scan and missing numeric/array checks. Shop is an example dependent on extra primitives.

Original bytes and included notices are preserved. Not compiled, executed, boot-tested or comprehensively security-audited. Historical contact addresses may no longer work. Upload validation is not malware clearance or redistribution approval.
