README and Java source declare GPL version 3 or later; preserve notices. Full GPL text and build/compiler instructions are not bundled. BASIC-like .eba source and an EXE are supplied, but source-to-binary correspondence has not been established. The grant does not cover the separate LEC Power Translator product.

Compatibility and security warnings

Windows-only helper for LEC Power Translator 15 with Java integration, not a game codebase. Includes a 32-bit PE executable, not executed. ZIP CRC and PE signature/section bounds pass; no malware/safety clearance. Source terminates other leccomm processes, uses broad process access, launches a supplied command and performs an unbounded scanf into a fixed buffer. Depends on English UI controls and has character-encoding limitations. Preserve all four members; keep general EXE restrictions intact.

Original bytes and included notices are preserved. Not compiled, executed, boot-tested or comprehensively security-audited. Historical contact addresses may no longer work. Upload validation is not malware clearance or redistribution approval.
