MUD Codebase
iDirt 1.82d - Historical AberMUD Codebase
Historical iDirt source/world package with libident, old Linux binaries and release-specific upgrade limitations.
About this resource
Original iDirt distribution with source, world data and the unchanged nested libident-0.19.tar.gz package. Credits and licensing The game includes GPL-2.0-or-later notices, GPL text and credit-retention requirements. libident's README declares public-domain distribution and asks recipients not to claim authorship. Retain each component's notices and inherited attribution; permission review remains required. Compatibility and security warnings Release notes say object flags were not fully tested and a mail upgrade utility was missing. Contains four ELF32 x86 binaries, a 1,176-byte uaf_rand file, privileged names and password macros. Player-data semantics have not been comprehensively audited. Do not assume safe accounts, seamless data migration or modern binary compatibility. Original bytes and included notices are preserved. Archive integrity checks are not a malware clearance or comprehensive security audit. Mudhaven has not compiled or boot-tested this historical package.
Compatibility
Historical Unix C; ELF32 x86 binaries and libident 0.19.
