Bundled HC31.EXE, player/board/log data and legacy encryption need warnings and review. Historical code and binaries have not been compiled, executed, or security-audited. Archive inspection is not malware clearance. Bundled runtime data, defaults and credentials must be reviewed before use. Original bytes and notices are unchanged.
